REGISTER by NOVEMBER 30th!
RTU is for Students in 9th grade-12th Grade!
Familes of students are welcome to sign up in a "Family Room" if there are younger siblings that would like to attend.
Price includes :
FAMILY ROOMS: Hotel Accommodations for 3 nights, Universal 3 day tickets, RTU Concert Tickets 2 nights.
STUDENTS: Transportation to and From Event, Hotel Accommodations for 3 nights, Universal 3 day tickets, RTU Concert Tickets 2 nights.

Service Requirement
To attend RTU 2026, students must serve at least 2 upcoming student ministry events from the following: Cool Rides, Fall Fest, Christmas at Coastline Christmas Eve Service, New Year Same Jesus, Cool Rides
Serving helps students grow in leadership, faith, and community—and Builds connections before the trip!

Communication & Safety Requirements
Join the BAND App: All students must join our BAND group for real-time updates and event communication.
Join the Life360 Circle: All students must join our Life360 Circle to ensure the safety and location tracking of everyone during the event. (A link will be available to our “circle” for sign up January 21. Please pre-download the app prior to this date.)  

Medical Release Form  :All those attending the event MUST have completed the medical release form. (Linked in Forms)

Payments
1st Payment: $100 deposit  Due at Registration
2nd Payment Due: Nov 23rd  $200 payment. ( Or 75% of your cost of a Family room)
FINAL BALANCE DUE: January 11th 2026.
